From Notes to Next Steps

A few weeks ago, Steph and the team visited a family health team in Vaughan, Ontario as part of our Tali Clinic Success Program.

One of the clinicians we met was moving nonstop between exam rooms. Her challenge wasn’t the note, it was everything that came after.

Referrals. Labs. Follow-ups. All the small but critical steps that build up across the day.

At one point, she asked: “Can Tali just give me a list of what I need to do next?”

This week, we’re introducing an early version of exactly that.

AI Task Management - Early Access!

Tali can now surface suggested next steps after an encounter, based on what was discussed.

That might include a referral, a lab, or a follow-up tied to the visit.

Nothing complicated. Just a quick way to see what might need to happen next, without digging back through your notes or relying on memory.

You’re still in control of every decision. Tali simply helps bring the next steps forward so you can move from finishing the note to moving care forward.

Choose Your Note Speed With Model Upgrade

We’ve introduced a new way to control how your notes are generated.

You can now choose between:

Call From Tali

One of the biggest sources of friction we hear about is patient calls. Switching between phones, apps, and your EMR while trying to document an encounter slows everything down and breaks your workflow.

Call From Tali allows you to call patients directly from Tali using your clinic number, or a private caller ID when needed.

This keeps your communication and documentation in one place, so you can stay focused on the patient instead of managing multiple tools.

This feature is currently in beta, and early users are already seeing the impact.
