Security-First Development

While most technology organizations look at security as a last layer of their product development, we at Tali AI begin the secure software development processes from the early stages of product and software architect design up to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Data Protection and Privacy

All audio is streamed in real time to a secure server for natural language processing. We don’t save any Personal Health Information (PHI) or Personal Identifiable Information (PII) on the client side. Any recording that might include PHI (such as physician’s notes) is encrypted both in transfer and at rest.

Audit and Prevention

All of our services including our Medical Scribe and Medical Search are protected by layers of firewalls and monitoring solutions that look for suspicious activities to block before any secure information can be accessed. We log every time a piece of information is being viewed, handled, modified or otherwise dealt with, and we have a concise incident plan to respond to any malicious activities to our services.
