Security as a Core Principle

We have frequent training on security and privacy for all members of the organization, equipping them with best practices and guidelines to make the right decisions. All employees at Tali AI are aware of the sensitivity of the information we gather and our responsibility towards the security and privacy of the data. Tali AI is SOC 2 compliant.

For more information refer to our Privacy Policy.

Security-First Development

While most technology organizations look at security as a last layer of their product development, we at Tali AI begin the secure software development processes from the early stages of product and software architect design up to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Data Protection and Privacy

All audio is streamed in real time to a secure server for natural language processing. We don’t save any Personal Health Information (PHI) or Personal Identifiable Information (PII) on the client side. Any recording that might include PHI (such as physician’s notes) is encrypted both in transfer and at rest.

Audit and Prevention

All of our services including our Medical Scribe and Medical Search are protected by layers of firewalls and monitoring solutions that look for suspicious activities to block before any secure information can be accessed. We log every time a piece of information is being viewed, handled, modified or otherwise dealt with, and we have a concise incident plan to respond to any malicious activities to our services.

Review for your IT Department

Tali is a lightweight AI dictation and free drug monograph search and our IT review process is efficient and timely. We have Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and penetration testing reports available to share with your IT department upon request.

Tali AI is SOC 2 Type II certified. Tali AI is compliant with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
