Documentation and Administrative Tasks?
2025 was a defining year for Tali.
This year we supported clinicians at national scale, shipping our most ambitious product updates to date, and deepening our role in modern healthcare across Canada and the United States.
From major advances in accuracy and reliability, to new workflow tools, multilingual documentation, and deeper EMR integrations, every release moved us closer to a simple promise:
Documentation should feel effortless.
Here’s a look at what we built together in 2025.

In 2025, Tali supported clinicians at a scale we’ve never seen before.
5.5+ million clinical notes generated, helping clinicians stay focused on care, not charting
289,000+ clinician hours saved, translating to more time for patients, families, and life outside the clinic
Behind every number is a clinician who finished their day on time, a patient who received more focused care, and a team committed to making documentation calmer and more human.

This year, Tali received a major accuracy upgrade that fundamentally improved the scribing experience. Notes became clearer, cleaner, and more structured across specialties, visit types, and recording environments.
Clinicians noticed the difference immediately, less correction, faster review, and smoother workflows.
Why it mattered
Higher accuracy in complex clinical conversations
More consistent structure across SOAP and narrative styles
Better handling of accents, overlapping speech, and background noise
Reduced review time and after-hours editing
In 2025, Tali expanded far beyond transcription, introducing tools that adapt to personal style, reduce admin burden, and bring consistency across teams and organizations.

Tali can now complete common medical and administrative forms using information already captured during the encounter. Disability tax credit forms, insurance paperwork, and progress reports can be generated in seconds.
Goodbye repetitive admin. Hello, time saved.
A flexible new template system allows clinicians to shape the structure of their notes. Whether narrative, SOAP variants, or highly structured formats, Tali adapts to each clinician’s preferred approach while keeping documentation consistent.
Short and sharp. Long and detailed. You choose the style, Tali handles the structure.
Medical Search received a significant upgrade, delivering clearer, more precise answers grounded in trusted clinical resources. Clinicians now receive faster guidance with direct access to source material when they need it most.
Clinicians can personalise Tali with custom terminology reflecting their specialty, preferred phrasing, and clinic vocabulary. Acronyms, abbreviations, and unique terms become part of their writing style across devices.
From exam rooms to virtual visits, Tali is now more consistent, accessible, and intuitive across every device clinicians rely on.

A refreshed desktop interface introduced Telehealth recording support, improved navigation, and a calmer, more focused recording experience, designed for busy clinic days and virtual care alike.
The Tali Web App received one of its biggest upgrades yet, with a refreshed interface, softer colour palette, leaner navigation, and more accessible design choices to support long clinical days.
Tiny Tali officially launched in 2025, offering a lighter, more discreet way to use Tali alongside EMRs or Telehealth platforms. Designed directly from clinician feedback, it keeps documentation in the background while clinicians stay focused on patients.
One of Tali’s most loved features made its way to mobile, allowing clinicians to pick up encounters, add details, and keep everything in one seamless record.

French-speaking clinicians have long been able to dictate in French. In 2025, the full Tali Web and Desktop Apps became available in French, offering a seamless experience from start to finish, without toggling or half-translations.
Tali now supports documentation in 28 languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Punjabi, Arabic, and Farsi, enabling clinicians across North America to document visits more naturally and efficiently.

In 2025, we strengthened our integration footprint across Canada and expanded across North America with new EMR and EHR partnerships, including:
PS Suite, Med Access, CHR, Profile, Accuro, VEHR, Practice Fusion, Therapy Source, WoundCare, and Redoc
Each integration brings us closer to documentation that fits inside clinical workflows, not around them.
We also introduced new tools for clinics and organisations, including an Admin Dashboard that provides:
Real-time usage visibility
User-level insights
Early signals of disengagement
Better onboarding and retention planning
These tools help organisations support sustained, confident adoption across teams.
None of this happened in isolation.
Every launch, improvement, and new capability was shaped by real-world clinical feedback and close collaboration with the clinicians and organizations who use Tali every day. Each update reflects the realities of modern care, busy clinics, complex conversations, and the need for documentation that supports, rather than slows down, patient care.
We’re grateful to every clinician, partner, and organization who trusted us this year and continues to help shape Tali.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
