In 2023, Tali became the first AI Scribe to be generally available in Canada, and we’ve remained focused on being not just the first, but the most trusted, clinician-friendly scribe in the country. And we’re not stopping there.
Our latest upgrade brings even more accuracy, reliability, and ease, because we believe that great tools should keep getting better. You’re doing the important work. We’re just here to make it easier, smoother, and smarter, every single day.
Whether you’ve been with us from the start or you’re just getting to know Tali, this upgrade is built for you.
Here’s what’s included in this latest release:
Your notes are now saved gradually as you speak behind the scenes, dramatically reducing the chance of losing anything, even if something unexpected happens mid-visit.
No more second-guessing. An easy visual way to ensure your recording is consistently active. A clean new animation confirms Tali is working, so you can stay focused on your patient without second-guessing.
Add non-verbal notes during your encounter, from mental status observations to key visit details or pre-visit notes, all without interrupting your flow. The new Additional Context field makes silent documentation simple.
We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear: Tali is changing lives, reducing admin time, and making practice more sustainable.
“Tali has caused me to revise my retirement date/age. Suddenly the admin work in general practice is manageable. Never thought I'll see the day....”
– Dr. T. Oladini, MB
“Tali has changed my life”
– Dr T. Walters, BC
“Overall a game changer, saves me a huge amount of administrative time, less stress and anxiety for me.”
– Dr. P. Entwistle, BC
Every update we make is grounded in what real providers like you are saying matters most. Accuracy, simplicity, and peace of mind. That’s exactly what this release delivers.
Built for Canadian Healthcare
We’re proud to build Tali right here in Canada, in close partnership with the providers we serve. We support every major EMR and provide the kind of success team that actually answers your questions, fast.
This update is just another way we’re proving that Tali isn’t just the best AI scribe in Canada, it’s the one that’s built for you.
And there’s more to come. Soon, you’ll even be able to teach Tali the medical terms and phrasing you use most.
Less Clutter, More Care: Why Simplicity Matters
We’ve cleaned up your interface with one simple goal: helping you stay focused on your patient. You will no longer see a live transcription of your conversation with the patient. Instead, a subtle animation confirms your recording is in progress. If you need to view the transcript, just click the “Transcribing” button.
This smarter transcription, means smarter listening. The new Tali is better at distinguishing your voice from background noise, so you get cleaner, more accurate notes, even in a busy clinic. It feels live, but with higher accuracy and less distraction.
Advanced functionalities don’t have to come with complex screens and feature overload. The result is often confusion, slower workflows, and distraction from what matters most: the patient.
Tali takes a different approach:
🟢 A streamlined interface that feels natural, not noisy
🟢 Smart visual cues so you know it’s recording without breaking focus
🟢 Thoughtfully designed features like Additional Context that support real-life clinical flow
🟢 Built for Canadian care, with support from people who know your EMR
“My brain feels less tired after a busy day at work. I am getting more done, my notes are better and I’m enjoying my work more. I honestly could not go back to working without it””
– Dr.F. Egan, BC
Fewer clicks. Fewer distractions. More time with patients.
That’s the difference with Tali.
We’re not done yet! Tali now fully supports English, Spanish, French and Farsi across all platforms, and very soon, we’ll be launching over 20+ new languages also across all platforms. This expansion is part of our ongoing commitment to support diverse patient populations and help clinicians provide care in the languages their patients speak.
We’re also preparing to launch Personal Dictionary. A new feature that will let you teach Tali the exact medical terms and pronunciations you use most often. That means fewer edits, better accuracy, and smarter support for the way you practice. Whether it’s drug names, uncommon conditions, or just the way you say things, Tali will learn it, directly from you.
