This Week

This week’s update is focused on reducing friction during and after the visit.

Getting It Right the First Time

One of the most common things we hear from clinicians isn’t just about time, it’s about rework.

Going back to find the right template.
Re-entering patient details into a search.
Fixing billing issues after a claim is rejected.
Reviewing notes or forms to fill in missing details.

None of these tasks are complicated.
But they add up across the day.

This week’s updates are designed to reduce that extra effort, so you can move through your workflow with more confidence.

Favourite Templates

Finding the right template shouldn’t slow you down.

You can now favourite your most-used templates, so they’re always at the top of your list, both in the Template Library and during an encounter.

It’s a small change, but it removes the need to search every time and helps you move faster between patients.

Patient-Aware Medical Evidence Search

Medical questions are more useful when they reflect the patient in front of you.

With Patient-Aware Medical Search, Tali automatically includes key patient context when you search from an EMR-integrated encounter (PS Suite, CHR, Accuro, Med Access).

That means age and sex are already included, so you don’t have to re-enter basic details every time.

You can still add any additional clinical context you need, but the baseline is already there, helping you ask more specific questions and get more relevant answers without breaking your workflow.

Prevent Rejections from Expired Health Cards (Early Access)

Billing issues are often discovered too late, after the visit is done and the claim is rejected.

Tali now helps validate Ontario health cards upfront, so potential issues can be caught while the patient is still in the clinic.

This helps reduce rejected claims, avoid follow-up work, and gives you more confidence that the visit you just completed will actually be billable.

Financial Performance (Early Access)

Understanding how your clinic is performing financially shouldn’t require digging through reports weeks later.

Tali now provides a clearer view of your billing performance, helping you track trends, identify gaps, and understand where revenue may be lost.

Instead of waiting for external reports, you can review performance in one place and make more informed decisions over time.
